Description

Amazon Biogravel is a completely new concept for filtering and is essentially a gravel made from sintered glass and offers a wide range of applications The latest development from BIOHOME, BIOGRAVEL, is the ideal substrate for your aquarium. It does not affect the pH, supports the growth of zooplankton and is therefore the perfect playground for shrimp. With a porosity of 42%, it works just like Biohome Standard and Plus with the added advantage that it is so small that you can use it even in very tight conditions. The most obvious place of use of BIOGRAVEL is as a substrate in an aquarium with soil filter, where it works not only as a substrate but also as a very effective filter medium.
