BENVOLIO 1938 Organic Sunflower Seed Oil is produced and bottled in Italy, by mechanical pressing, from a careful selection of the best sunflower seeds belonging to the Helianthus annus variety from 100% organic agriculture of European and non-European origin. The mechanical extraction of the seeds, unlike other conventional oils, takes place without the use of solvents, with subsequent filtration and purification in steam current. BENEFIT: Rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, including Linoleic Acid (Omega-6) which helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. RICH IN VITAMIN E, also called tocopherol.
