BBQ Toro potjie cast iron witch kettle cooking pot South African dutch oven

WHAT IS THE POTJIE? | A heavy, traditional, cast-iron pot and an exactly fitting lid with which you can cook, roast, braise, deep-fry, steam and bake anywhere. Whether it's a fireplace, barbecue or campfire, it's mobile and flexible. VERSATILE | In the potjie, dishes such as pot roast, stews, bread, cakes and much more are very easy to prepare. No matter whether it's a fireplace, barbecue or campfire. The three legs provide a stable stand - a separate pot stand is not required. THE PRINCIPLE | The potjie regulates uneven heat thanks to its high mass (cast iron) and thus enables even cooking. Simply place glowing coals, embers or barbecue briquettes on the lid and under the pot and the potjie experience can begin. ALREADY PRE-SEASONED | The cast iron pot from BBQ-Toro is already pre-seasoned and can be used immediately. Detailed instructions are included in the scope of delivery in case it needs to be seasoned again after use.
