Sunflower seed oil in 1 litre PET Method of processing: sunflower seed oil is made from the dried seeds of Helianthus annus by previous solvent extraction. The crude oil obtained is subjected to a refining process until a clear, straw-yellow oil is formed, which is free of anomalous odours and aromas and whose chemical properties meet legal requirements. Instructions for use: Basso sunflower seed oil should preferably be used raw to make full use of its vitamin E content. It is ideal for seasoning salads or cold dishes, preparing canned vegetables or as an emulsifying base for sauces. Less suitable for frying as it is a fat that breaks down easily at high temperatures. May contain traces of peanut oil or soybean oil.
