These fresh peppercorns come from a family farm in Kerala, India. The peppercorns were hand-picked, dried and processed in the late monsoon harvest season. The peppercorns have been carefully sorted by selecting the largest 30% of the pepper yield. The larger size reflects a better balance between aroma and the spice level of each peppercorn, so ideal for seasoning. Our products are as natural and as fresh as possible.
