Ergonomic and safe design: The handle of the knives and sharpeners is lightweight and has smooth shapes and rounded lines for a comfortable grip. It has been made in polypropylene (PP) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
