75 GPD Reverse Osmosis Plant (approximately 270 litres/day) designed for the production of high purity water intended for marine aquariums, freshwater aquariums, reef aquariums and top-up plants. The filtration system includes 5 micron sediment cartridge, activated carbon, Vontron membrane and deionising resin, ensuring a reduction of unwanted substances up to 96-98% before passage into the final resin. The cartridges use an innovative twist bayonet system that allows replacement in seconds without the use of tools. Double O-ring seals ensure high tightness, while the integrated automatic valves in the filter heads block water passage during replacement, making maintenance simple, quick and clean. The Vontron membrane is designed to retain salts, heavy metals, contaminants and numerous impurities in the mains water. The integrated Flush Valve allows you to easily carry out periodic cleaning of the membrane helping to preserve its performance over time. The mixed bed deionising resin cartridge also helps to reduce the values of TDS, nitrates (NO3), phosphates (PO4) and silicates (SiO4). The system integrates minimum and maximum pressure switches, solenoid valve and preparation for connecting a pressure float (not included), allowing the creation of an automatic system for filling a storage tank. It is also prepared for connecting a TDS IN/OUT meter (optional), useful for checking the state of the membrane and deionizing resin. The system is equipped with an integrated pressure gauge to monitor the mains water pressure and check the correct operation of the system. The innovative isolation system of the deionising cartridge through special valves allows the resin to be excluded during the first start-up, membrane washing or other maintenance operations, helping to reduce unnecessary consumption and optimize its durability.
