Data: the salt and pepper mill have the dimensions (diameter x height): 7.5 x 15.5 cm and weigh 550 g each. They consist of a high-quality stainless steel shaft, a concrete body and a wooden mill head with an adjustment screw. On the adjustment screw, the mills are marked with a "P" for "pepper" and an "S" for "salt". The mills are not dishwasher safe, but they can be easily cleaned with a little water and a damp cloth. Easy to use: the grinding level can be adjusted infinitely, for a finer degree, turn the screw clockwise for a coarser counterclockwise. Filling the spice mill is absolutely uncomplicated. By loosening the adjustment screw, the beech wood knob can be removed and the mill can be filled with peppercorns. To clean the grinder, turn the mill head counterclockwise with a quarter turn.
