The rigid synthetic frame holds its shape in the warm, humid air inside a heat recovery unit, so it slides in, seats square and seals - no swelling, no forcing, no trimming. Lasts the Full 6 Months: Cheap filters clog long before their replacement date, and the system tells you: rising fan noise, weaker airflow, then a fault warning. Z-Pleat construction folds the media into deep, evenly spaced pleats that multiply the filtration surface inside the same frame. More surface area means more dust held before airflow resistance builds, so this Zehnder ComfoAir filter set is built to reach its six-month service interval instead of surrendering at six weeks. Complete Set of 2 - Replaces the Original: Two G4 filters, one for supply and one for extract, the full pair your ComfoAir needs for a single service. Direct replacement for Zehnder original part numbers 400100900 and 400502012 - same fit, same service interval, made in the EU. Protects Your Family and Your System: Both G4 filters (ISO Coarse 85%) capture the coarse particles that shorten an MVHR unit's life: soil, sand, large pollen grains, plant debris, sawdust and textile lint. One cleans the air coming in, the other protects the heat exchanger and fans from dust drawn out of your rooms. Less build-up means quieter running and lower bills. For protection against fine dust, smog and bacteria, see our G4+F7 set. Made in the EU to ISO 16890: Classified to ISO 16890 at Coarse 85%, and manufactured in the European Union by production partners we work with directly, with our own quality checks on every batch. A filter that lasts its full interval replaces three that don't: a quarter of the filters, packaging and deliveries. Lower airflow resistance also means the fans draw less power every day, and a clean heat exchanger keeps the unit working for years longer.
