For an excellent herbal tea, use a filter (200ml) for each cup and add boiling water without pouring it directly onto the filter. Leave to steep for 5 minutes and sweeten to taste. To achieve a sublime and special taste, use milk instead of water: place a filter in 150 ml of boiling milk and let it brew for 8 minutes.
