Device for demonstration and investigation of laminar flows in water. The formation of a flow in the water, the streamline of a linear laminar flow and when flowing around differently shaped bodies can be investigated. The streamline course at a constriction can also be demonstrated impressively. A rectangular piece of velour paper is inserted into the device consisting of upper and lower tray. This sucks water out of the upper tub as a result of the capillarity.
