The micrometer screw K is specially designed to measure diffraction and interference strips in optical diffraction experiments. For precise determination of the diffraction minima and maxima, it is therefore equipped with a fine tip. The holder attached to the micrometer screw is sized to match the Optikreiter K (3B Scientific; item number: 1000862).
