Distillery Yeast - 48 Turbo Extra Pure Ingredients: Yeast, nutrient, vitamins and trace vitamins Add 20 litres of lukewarm (25°C) water to your ferment. Then add 6 kg of sugar and mix until completely dissolved. Add contents of C48 turbo yeast sachet and leave to ferment in 22-25°C. Do not use an airlock. Note: To reach 21% alcohol you MUST keep liquid temperature constant between 18-24°C which can not be done without cooling equipment. Net weight: 140 g Kit contents: 3x Bag of Yeast 1x Sachet of Oak Chips (20g): Medium toasted French oak, enhancing the wine with flavors of caramel, toffee, vanilla and sweetness.
