Free Italian Gourmet Polpa di Pomodoro 400g Tin The organic extra virgin olive oil from Alce Nero is made exclusively from organic olives of Italian varieties such as Coratina, Ogliarola and Carolea, which give a green oil with yellow reflections and a balanced taste. The olives from which Alce Nero extra virgin olive oil is made come from areas of Italy characterised by mild winters and hot summers and are grown by around 160 of our olive growers in compliance with organic regulations. The olives are harvested manually and with the help of mechanical aids to minimise the damage that the fruit can suffer. After harvesting, they are taken to the mill where the production process begins, in which the olives are converted into oil using the cold extraction technique.
