This Bellota ham, from the 100% Iberian breed, is presented in a luxury vacuum bag of 80g and is sliced by hand by the expert slicers of the house Consorcio de Jabugo, located in the village of Jabugo, province of Huelva (west of Andalusia). Genuine Pata Negra ham, sous vide sliced with a knife and arranged in an elegant cardboard case, ideal to offer the jewel of Iberian gastronomy to your loved ones. This type of ham has deep and very persistent aromas. Its infinite shades are characteristic of the "caviar" of the Iberian Peninsula, also more commonly called Pata Negra. We advise serving it with a good bread, possibly with a good red wine or a fino (Andalusian white wine), but above all to enjoy it chambered at room temperature, ideally between 20 and 24ºC so that the fat infiltrated in the flesh reaches its melting point. Only in this case, it will give you the best tasting experience possible.
