Turbo48 Extra Pure is a dual functioning turbo yeast. You can decide whether you prefer to make 14% fast or 20% in 5 days. You just need to change the amount of added sugar. Weight: 140g for 25L and 6-8kg sugar. Set contents: yeast sachet Oak Chips Sachet (20g): Medium toasted French oak, which enriches the wine with aromas of caramel, toffee, vanilla and sweetness.
