💪 The barbell set is ideal for strength and fitness training. Our 60 kg barbell consists of a 1.6 m barbell bar with two spring locks and 8 weight plates made of 4 x 5 kg, 4 x 10 kg. The weight plates are made of high-quality plastic and dimensionally stable cement filling. The material guarantees even with regular use, a smooth and noise-dampened settling. This means training without annoying noises. The interlocking gears minimise the annoying rotation of the weight plates on the bar. The hole diameter of the discs is approx. 30mm The chrome-plated 1.6 m barbell bar is made of hollow steel, weighs approx. 3 kg and is up to max. 75 kg. The two included spring locks ensure a quick change of the weight plates and a quick and easy to use. The grip surface of the dumbbell bar is knurled. The diameter of the dumbbell bar is approx. 30 mm, which fits almost all standard weight plates with 30 mm hole diameter. The weight plates can be added or removed as needed to adjust the weight for training. 💪 The weight plates are available in different weight gradations from 1.25 kg to 15 kg. With the barbell set, various exercises can be performed, such as bench press, squats, deadlifts, shoulder presses and many more. It is an indispensable training device to build muscle strength and improve fitness.
